POSITIONS : SQL SERVER DEVELOPER AND .NET DEVELOPER @ FLORIDA

Position 1:

SQL Server Developer

Location : Florida

	Five (5) years of SQL development experience on MS SQL Server 2005 and MS SQL Server 2008 with strong command of the SQL language.
Three (3) years knowledge of SQL best practices, including designing for performance optimization
Evaluates, designs and maintains database objects according to specifications or business requirements, writing T-SQL scripts for tables, views, data manipulation, and stored procedure creation & modification.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate these into and technical specifications
Ability to work with a diverse project team, including Business Analysts, and Project Managers
Performs testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure data integrity and the ability to performance tune database objects.
Works with minimal supervision.
Relies on broad experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Position 2:

Location : Orlando,Florida

6+ Monts

	Five (+) years experience as a developer (lead developer would be a plus).
Three (+) years experience with ASP.NET / VB.NET
Two (+) years working with SQL Server (2005/2008 preferred)
Solid understanding of object-orientated programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance.
Deep knowledge of the .NET3.5 / 4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008, VB.NET, ASP.NET,ADO.NET.
Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
Candidate should be self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills. Mentoring of junior developers.
